We've created the Trunk Trainers Treehouse as an extension to our Trunk Trainers Studio in Kona, Hawaii, so that you can experience the magic of our community from home! Connect with and support one another outside of personal training sessions, and meet others looking for a realistic, fun, safe and effective exercise programs.
Inside the Treehouse we have an Accountability Corner to stick with healthy habits, Online Courses to learn how to get started and exactly what to do, and amazing fitness professionals to help you with your fitness questions and exercise adherence.
And beginning September 20th we're kicking off our next 6 Week Challenge: Fit for Fall!
