Our new Mountain Movers Program provides support and accountability to industry leaders who are moving mountains in business but are missing a solid exercise and recovery routine. They want the benefits of regular exercise but don't have time to produce a program or the accountability to stick to it, with so many other priorities pulling for their attention.
This program provides regular weekly structure over a year’s time to develop the habit of exercise. They first work with their coach to find the perfect routine for their uniquely demanding schedule, and then are led through the routine for a year to make it automatic, without having to think about it or deciding what to do. The result? They finally lock in the workout routine they have been putting off without having to develop it on their own.
This long-term approach to building a fitness routine will have the client hardly noticing the changes they are making to their habits, until they suddenly wake up months into their program realizing they are not the same person who first signed up. They are now fit and have confidence they can stick with it. Others notice too, and business only gets better with the improvement.
