Private Personal Training

With a variety of packages and personalized programming,
we are confident we can create a fitness plan to reach your goals 
effectively and safely. All training sessions are 1 hour each.

Semi-Private Training

Our semi private sessions and groups are a great way to have fun, stay accountable, and save with discounted rates by working out in groups of 2+ individuals. 

Clients can schedule for semi-private sessions according to trainer and client availability or attend our regularly scheduled group sessions. 

With our Canopy Club Packages, our trainers can take you through a full fitness transformation through private training once, twice, or three times a week for a year.
